SPS schreibt die Transition analog zum NC-Befehl #TRACK CS [ID=0 ...] und
CNC liest die Transition.
Korrekter NC/PLC-Handshake:
Zuerst werden alle Parameter belegt und danach command auf +/-1 gesetzt.
