Remarks
• The numeric values are colour
as follows:
- Red background: value beyond the
permitted tolerance range;
- Green background: value within the
permitted tolerance range;
- Blue background: value with no
associated reference tolerance
values ;
Below the adjustment values there are
graduated animated bars that respond to
the progress in the adjustment procedure
by changing their colour, with the same
principle mentioned above.
FRONT AXLE
MEASUREMENT AND
ADJUSTMENT SCREEN
Displays the measured angles for the
vehicle front axle and the adjustment
reference tolerances.
The values are continually updated so
that the operator can perform the ad-
justments.
The following keys are active in this
screen:

Displays the menu with the

contextual functions.
These are the menu options:
• End of work (Goes back to the starting

• Freezes/de
es/de-freezes the caster adjustment data

to allow for target levelling)
• Levels (displays/hides the status of the
target levels on the screen)
• Summary data (displays the vehicle data
summary screen)
• Vehicle adjustments (opens the screen
for selecting/displaying the adjustment
images of the vehicle angles)
• Adjustment with car lifted / End of the
adjustment with car lifted (accesses/
exits the vehicle registration procedure,
with the wheels lifted)
• Setup (opens the contextual set
the screen where you are)
• Operating sequence (recalls the align-
ment execution setting screen, accord-
ing to the user's preferences)
• Help (recalls the (Help)contextual
screen on the screen where you are)
Remarks
• If the adjustment values are not displayed
on the caster registration boxes when
this screen opens, make sure the front
targets are levelled.
• If the steering angle procedure has not
been performed, the caster adjustment
boxes are displayed completely empty.
• While adjusting caster, and if the
variation is big, the front target may
incline so that it causes a major error
on
calculated. If this condition occurs at
the end of the adjustment, it is
recommended to proceed as follows:
- Select from the F11
"Freeze caster data" option to (freeze)
the caster value displayed (which is
displayed in blue);
- Level the target;
