1. Loosen the screws on the upper
housing sections.
2. Lift out the entire drive unit
while keeping it level. The
toothed belts remain in the belt
section.
3. Loosen the screws on the belt
guides and lift them out.
4. Remove the toothed belts from
the section.
5. Remove the belt guide profi les.
Exchange the faulty toothed belt.
Assemble the new toothed belt in
the reverse order.
Please note:
• For the direction of movement
of the toothed belt, the arrow
(welded joint) must point towards
the transport direction!
• Do not forget the cover
tubing (Y)!
• Installing the drive unit: Lower
steadily into the subframe, taking
care to keep it level and ensure
that the toothed belt sits in the
gear teeth of the toothed belt
wheel!
• Tighten the screws, while
alternating between opposing and
diagonal screws!
