11 Disassembly
11.1 Disassembling iCAT mini
1 Disconnect the cable assembly from the wire feeder.

2 Remove protective cap (1) and the bellows (5) and loosen cylinder head screw (6).

3 Disconnect the welding torch neck and remove it.

4 Loosen the cable assembly (7) from the iCAT mini release flange (6) and remove it.

5 Disassemble the iCAT mini (1) from the robot (7).

11.2 Disassembling iCAT mini with welding torch neck ABIROB
(iCAT mini with wire brake)
1 Disconnect the cable assembly from the wire feeder.
2 Remove the plastic tube (4) from the wire brake (3).
3 Unscrew the wire brake (3).
4 Remove the protective cap (1) and the bellows (2).

5 Loosen the cylinder head screw (8) and the welding torch neck.

6 Loosen the cable assembly (7) from the iCAT mini release flange (6) and remove it.

7 Disassemble the iCAT mini (1) from the robot (7).

2 Disconnect the welding torch neck and remove it.
3 Remove the protective cap and the bellows.
4 Loosen the cable assembly and remove it.
