1 Identification
The iCAT mini robot mount is used in industry and the trade for connecting the welding torch
neck to the robot equipped with central media guidance.
The iCAT mini is a collision protection and cut-off device for robotic arc welding. It may be
operated only with a welding robot that has been approved for arc welding.
These operating instructions describe the iCAT mini robot mount when used with the welding
torch neck ABIROB
with wire brake when used with the welding torch neck ABIROB
The robot mount must only be operated using original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.
