6 Commissioning
6.5.4 Mounting the welding torch neck ABIROB
NOTICE
• The torch neck for the wire brake must be equipped with the neckliner intended for this
purpose. The neckliner used depends on the wire diameter and the welding torch
geometry.
• Check all connections and sealing rings regularly for damage and to ensure they are
secure. Replace as needed.
• Consult the documentation for the welding components.

1 Equip the welding torch neck ABIROB
gas nozzle.
2 Insert the neckliner (3) in the torch neck until it stops.
3 Insert the positioning pin (2) in the hole (5) at the welding torch/cable assembly
interface (4). The welding torch neck ABIROB
position only.
4 Using the connection nut (6), screw the welding torch neck ABIROB
torch/cable assembly interface (4).
