¶
Depending on the type of test, connecting thread
and installation situation, pre-install the black hose
assembly with the corresponding connecting pipe,
nut and compression ring (left-hand thread).

3.5.4 Hose assemblies and adaptations for 60 MPa
for CP4
1. Place nut M 16 x 1.0, M 16 x 1.5 or M 16 x 2.0 on
black hose assembly and connect to the high-pressu-
re connections on the injection pump.
2. Connect common rail high-pressure pump type
CP4.1 (one high-pressure connection) directly to the
pressure sensor module.
3. On common rail high-pressure pump type CP4.2,
connect both high-pressure connections to the com-
bining rail by means of two black hose assemblies
(see Chapter 4.1.2).
4. Connect the unused connection on the combining
rail to the pressure sensor module by means of one
black hose assembly
3.5.5 Hose assembly and adaptations for 180 MPa
¶
Depending on the type of test, connecting thread
and installation situation, pre-install the blue hose
assembly with the corresponding connecting pipe,
nut and compression ring (left-hand thread).
