The key VERNIER ON/OFF switches the knob on and selects whether it is to act on the fre-
quency, level or modulation parameters. A circle appears in the respective display field. For
alteration of modulation parameters see Section 3.5.7.
If the knob is turned clockwise the frequency resp. the level is increased, turn it anti-clockwise
and it is decreased.
The resolution depends on turning speed when changing the level.
