In the programs 1-6, switchover from time to distance
mode is possible in the default section.
• Set mode with "Minus" or "Plus"
Confirm with "SET".
Display:
Readiness for training
The distance per column is 0.4 km (0.2 miles). Cross trai-
ner ergometer: 0.2 km (0.1 miles)
