Alarm sources
VideoJet 10
Recording active:
This is a quick way to know if currently recording is active. In this
case the symbol for the storage medium is animated. If it is not ani-
mated no recording is taking place.
The possible alarm activators of the VideoJet 10 (alarm input and
video signal monitoring) can be configured.
Video loss alarm:
Select here the option On if the unit is to activate an alarm when the
video signal is interrupted.
Unified picture detection:
The VideoJet 10 can trigger an alarm in case the camera picture
shows only little contrasts, e.g. when the lens was sprayed with
color or covered. Choose the option On to activate this function.
Motion alarm:
Select here the option On if the unit is to activate an alarm when the
motion alarm is triggered.
The configuration of the motion detector can be done on a separate
page (see page ).
Alarm input 1:
Select the option On here in order to activate the alarming by
means of an external alarm sensor.
Additionally, it is also possible to select if the alarm is to be activated
by an Active high or Active low voltage level.
