9 Digital trim Levers

Trimming is required to allow the vehicle to travel straight ahead with a
the steering wheel at neutral. Small corrections of the middle point are
carried out with trimming.
For this purpose, the transmitter is fitted with a digital trim function on
both channels. This modern style of trimming has the advantage that
after changing a model memory, then the previous set trims remain
stored. Further trimming is no longer necessary. The trim settings of
the model are stored in the respective model memory. Every channel
trim possesses a bi-directional micro switch. The trim levers can be
especially finely operated.

An acoustic beep will be heard each time one of the digital trims is
moved to indicate that the trim has been moved. There is a slight pause
when passing through the neutral position, even if you continue to press
the trim. Thereby, you will not only be able to see the trim movement on
the Display (0%), but also hear it acoustically.

shown in the Display. The following
example shows the Display with a
steering trim of 5% to the right.

Once the "4Ws" or "BrK" menus have been activated, the setting
functions for channel 4 will be displayed in the main menu (see
chapter 12.8)

Loosen the fixing screw on the servo arm and remove the splined arm.
Switch the Tx on and then the Rx. Set the steering wheel and trim to
neutral. Then replace the servo arm in the desired neutral position and
tighten screw. So that the model drives straight ahead, when the stee-
ring wheel is at neutral, the steering can be precisely adjusted using the
digital trim.
To set the trim, move the DT1 key in the appropriate direction. By this
means, the servo can moved up to 25% via the digital trim in both direc-
