The detergents to be used for
cleaning the various equipment
must have a flash point indicat-
ed in the respective safety chart,
higher than the temperature
reached in normal operating con-
ditions and reasonably expect-
ed; therefore, there should be
no risk of fire.
Before starting cleaning opera-
tions, set the machine in safety
conditions.
When removing dust that may be
present on the machine, take
care to avoid spreading it in the
surrounding area.
The user must provide for the
choice of suitable products for
cleaning, depending on the type
of plant and the product handled.
For machines meant for being
used with food products, provi-
sion must be made for cleaning
at intervals depending on the
type or product and plant.
In case of harmful products, the
cleaning wastes must be con-
veyed to a tank and disposed
off according to relevant regu-
lations.

Die für die Reinigung der ver-
schiedenen Geräte zu benutzen-
den Reinigungsmittel müssen ei-
nen Flammpunkt aufweisen (sie-
he entsprechendes Sicherheits-
datenblatt), der über der Tempe-
ratur liegt, die unter normalen
und vorhersehbaren Einsatzbe-
dingungen erreicht wird. Daher
können sie keine Brandgefahr
darstellen.
Bevor man mit der Reinigung be-
ginnt, ist das Gerät in den siche-
ren Zustand zu versetzen.
Beim Entfernen des Staubs, der
eventuell im Gerät vorhanden ist,
ist darauf zu achten, dass die-
ser nicht aufgewirbelt wird.
Der Benutzer muss Produkte
auswählen, die für den jeweili-
gen Typ der Anlage und das be-
han-delte Schüttgut geeignet
sind.
Für jene Maschinen, die für Nah-
rungsmittel eingesetzt werden,
ist die Häufigkeit der Reinigung
abhängig von der Beschaffen-
heit des behandelten Produkts
und vom Anlagentyp.
Bei schädlichen oder giftigen
Produkten muss das Spülwas-
ser in geeigneten Wannen auf-
gefangen und in Übereinstim-
mung mit den einschlägigen gel-
tenden Bestimmungen entsorgt
werden.

di pulizia con frequenza che di-

Nel caso di prodotti nocivi, tossi-
ci, i reflui della fase di pulizia do-
vranno essere convogliati in ido-
nea vasca e smaltiti in accordo
alle normative vigenti in materia.
