2) SCREW FEEDERS
Observe the screw through the
inspection hatch on the empty
bags unloading hood to ensure
that it rotates in the right direc-
tion (clockwise). Since this hatch
is fitted with a safety switch,
the machine must operate in
manual mode.
3) BELT CONVEYOR
Ensure that the conveyor belt
rotates in the right direction
(clockwise). Check the working
of the emergency push-buttons
by repeating the sudden belt
stop procedure at least five
times. Check the safety hood
opening; the passage between
the belt and hood must be large
enough to allow the bags to pass
through - minimum clearance 250
mm (see photo).
4) FILTER
Check the direction of rotation
of the suction fan (it must be in
the direction indicated by the ar-
row on the fan).
5) COMPACTOR
Check the direction of rotation
of the screw (anticlockwise from
the gear motor side).
This can be done by opening the
bags unloading hood inspection
hatch.
As the door is provided with a
safety switch, the machine must
operate in manual mode.

2) AUSTRAGSCHNECKEN
Die Wendel auf korrekte Lauf-
richtung (Uhrzeigersinn) prüfen
(kann durch die Inspek-tions-
scheibe der Leersackaustrage-
haube beobachtet werden). Da
die Scheibe mit einem Sicher-
heitsschalter versehen ist, muss
die Maschine dazu im manuellen
Betrieb laufen.
3) SACKAUFGABEBAND
Förderband auf korrekte Lauf-
richtung (Uhrzeigersinn) prüfen.
Die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Pilz-
Schlagtaste prüfen, indem man
das plötzliche Stoppen des För-
derbandes mindestens 5 mal
wiederholt. Die Öffnung der
Schutzhaube prüfen. Der Durch-
gang zwischen Förderband und
Haube muss den Durchlauf der
Säcke gestatten; kleinster Wert
250 mm. (siehe Bild).
4) FILTER
Die Laufrichtung des Ventilators
prüfen (muss dem Pfeil entspre-
chen, der auf dem Gehäuse des
Ventilators angebracht ist).
5) LEERSACKVERDICHTER
Schnecke auf korrekte Laufrich-
tung prüfen (Gegenuhrzeiger-
sinn vom Getriebemotor aus
gesehen).
Diese Kontrolle kann nach dem
Öffnen der Inspektionsklappe der
Leersackaustragehaube vorge-
nommen werden.
Da diese Klappe mit einem Si-
cherheitsschalter versehen ist,
muss die Maschine dabei im ma-
nuellen Betrieb laufen.

ìàøèíà äîëæíà ðàáîòàòü â
ðó÷íîì ðåæèìå.

Ïðîâåðèòü îòâåðñòèå çàùèòíîãî
êîëïàêà; ïðîõîä ìåæäó ðåìíåì
è
âîðîíêîé
äîëæåí
áûòü
äîñòàòî÷íî áîëüøèì, ÷òîáû äàòü
âîçìîæíîñòü ìåøêàì ïðîéòè
÷åðåç íåãî – ìèíèìàëüíûé çàçîð
250 ìì (ñìîòðèòå ôîòî).
4) ÔÈËÜÒÐ
Ïðîâåðèòü
íàïðàâëåíèå
âðàùåíèÿ
âñàñûâàþùåãî
ôèëüòðà (îí äîëæåí âðàùàòüñÿ
â íàïðàâëåíèè, óêàçàííîì
ñòðåëêîé íà âåíòèëÿòîðå).
5) ÓÏËÎÒÍÈÒÅËÜ

íàïðàâëåíèå
âðàùåíèÿ
âèíòà
(ïðîòèâ
÷àñîâîé ñòðåëêè ñî ñòîðîíû
ðåäóêòîðíîãî
ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëÿ).
Ýòî ìîæíî âûïîëíèòü, îòêðûâ
ñìîòðîâîé ëþê ðàçãðóçî÷íîãî
êîëïàêà äëÿ ìåøêîâ.
Ïîñêîëüêó
äâåðöà
ïðåäóñìîòðåíà ñ àâàðèéíûì
âûêëþ÷àòåëåì,
ìàøèíà
äîëæíà ðàáîòàòü â ðó÷íîì
ðåæèìå.

2) COCLEE ESTRATTRICI
Verificare il corretto senso di
rotazione della spira (senso ora-
rio) osservando attraverso il por-
tello d'ispezione della cappa sca-
rico sacchi vuoti. Poiché sudet-
to portello è provvisto di interrut-
tore di sicurezza, la macchina
dovrà funzionare in ciclo manua-
le.
3) TRASPORTATORE
A NASTRO
Verificare il corretto senso di
â
rotazione del tappeto (senso
orario). Controllare la funzionali-
tà del pulsante di emergenza, ri-
petendo almeno 5 volte il ciclo di
arresto improvviso del nastro.
Controllare apertura cappa di
protezione, il passaggio tra il tap-
peto e la cappa deve consentire
il passaggio dei sacchi, quota
minima 250 mm. (vedi foto).
4) FILTRO
Controllare il senso di rotazione
dell'aspiratore (dovrà rispettare
quello indicato dalla freccia po-
sta sull'aspiratore stesso).
5) COMPATTATRICE
Verificare il corretto senso di
rotazione dell' elica (senso an-
tiorario vista dal lato motoridut-
tore).
Questo controllo potrà essere
fatto aprendo il portello d'ispe-
zione della cappa di scarico sac-
chi.
Poichè è provvisto di interrutto-
re di sicurezza la macchina do-
vrà essere in funzionamento
manuale.
