SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON AND OFF

Lighting
1 - Operate the appliance's master switch to con-
nect it to the electrical mains.
The mains light (P) comes on.
2 - Turn on the gas supply tap.
3 - Press key (B) to set the appliance in "stand-by"
mode.
The mains power on light (P) goes out and the
display (A) shows the screen shown here.
4 - Press the key (B) to switch on the appliance
and start the cooking cycle.
The cooking temperature set will appear in red
on the display (A).
STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING CYCLE
To start and stop the appliance, proceed as follows.
Starting
1 - Switch on the appliance (see page 13).
2 - Press key (B).

Turning off
1 - Keep the key (B) pressed for about 6 seconds
to stop the cooking cycle and switch the appli-
ance off.
The mains light (P) comes on.
2 - Turn off the gas supply tap.
3 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch.
A
Important
The appliance automatically carries out a
melting. When the preheating temperature
is reached the beeper sounds.
3 - Press key (E) to deactivate the "melting" func-
tion.
