The internal surfaces of the air tank must be cleaned and all condensed liquid must be removed after a dryer
failure.
Check the dew point of the air leaving the air tank (see Chapter 5 - Technical Data) in order to protect
connected equipment from damage!

Faulty capacitor
Seizure of piston or another rotary part

No voltage in suction unit clamp

(thermal protection switched off)
Suction line leaking, foreign object trapped in suction

Dirty automatic condensate drain on filters
Dirty filter and micro-filter elements
Check voltage in socket
Check fuse – replace faulty one
Loosen terminal – tighten it
Check power cord – replace faulty one
Replace motor or re-wind it
Replace capacitor
Replace damaged parts
Check the function of pressure switch
Check pneumatic distribution system – seal

Clean valve, replace seals, replace valve
Drain condensed liquid
Check pneumatic distribution system

Replace worn piston ring

Replace the output filter in a chamber or also its
refill if it gets decomposed or if it is very dusty

unblock exhaust line

Replace dryer
