If the selected memory cell is
in use the text "Slot is free"
is re-placed by the name of
the stand-ard. Also the colour
values and the date of storage
are displayed.
If an occupied memory cell is
se-lected a warning message
warns that the old standard
will be deleted. The storage
routine can be cancelled using
the
By pressing the key the old standard values will be
overwritten with the new values.
A maximum of 200 standards can be stored in
each folder. Up to 5 folders can be created, so
that a total of 1000 standards can be stored.
After successfully storing a
refer-ence standard colour,
the cursor moves to the "Scan
sample" position.

Loading a standard

To load a standard colour from the memory, open the
window "Measure" from the top menu level.
Open window "Select standard". The next step is to
select the folder with the
standard is stored by pressing the "Enter"
The ColorLite sph xs1 offers the user three methods of
selecting a standard from the memory. Change which
method to use in the menu "Settings" opening the window
"Standard selection" The three options are:
• "By index" selection is made by entering the index
number of the standard.
• "By list & Best Match" names of standards are listed
or measure any colour and the device finds the best
matching standard colour.
• "By name" enter the name of the standard.
