Connect the battery to the charger directly with the
cable.
Please note: Some devices may be supplied with a
cradle. This should be used to connect the batty to the
charger.
If the battery is fully charged, it can be attached to the
sph xs1 again.
Fully charge the battery before first use.
The sph xs1 can also be powered using the optional
power supply available as an accessory.

Switching the sph xs1 on

Press the "ON" key to switch the device on. After a
short welcome window is displayed before the main
menu opens. The sph xs1 is now fully operational and
measurements can be made.
4.4 Switching the sph xs1 off
By pressing the "ESCAPE" key in the main menu the
device is switched off [see Fig. - Main menu].
