World Time Mode
8.3 World Time Display - Daylight Saving Time
World Time Mode
Your Station can display both the Local Time and World
Time separately. The World time will be calculated
automatically when the world city is selected.
World Time Display
When World Time mode is selected, the "WT" indicator
will appear on the screen. In this mode, the selected
World City with Time Zone difference is displayed on the
upper screen and its corresponding time is displayed on
the lower screen. Press [S/S] to switch to the next city or
press [R] to switch to the previous city.
In the World Time Mode, hold [S/S] or [R] to switch on or
off the Daylight Saving Time (DST). When it is switched
on, the "DST" icon will be displayed in the lower right
hand corner above the second digits. This means that
the city you have selected is one hour faster than the
common time and exercises the Daylight Saving Time.
Note: This Daylight Saving Time can be set
independently for each city.
