Thank you for choosing this appliance which is intended exclusively for the preparation of food
and is only for indoor, domestic use.
The accessories contained in the model you have bought are represented on the label
located on the top of the packaging.
CAUTION: the safety precautions are part of the
appliance. Read them carefully before using your
new appliance for the first time. Keep them in a
place where you can find and refer to them later on.

BEFORE FIRST USE

• Remove the accessories from the packaging and clean them with soapy water. Rinse and dry
them carefully.
• The blades and discs are extremely sharp; handle them with caution.
• Place the motor unit (a) on a flat, clean and dry surface and then plug in your appliance.
• The blender system should be used for liquid preparations (only for Liquidising function).

USING THE APPLIANCE

The paragraph numbering corresponds to the numbers in the diagrams.
Your food processor can be used to prepare from 150 to 800 grams of food - Volume of the bowl:
1.5 litres.
• Place the bowl (b3) on the base of the processor and turn it.
• Fit the chosen accessory.
• Place the lid (b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it anticlockwise until you hear a "click".
• Start the appliance.
• Using the speed selector (a1):
– Pulse: For better control and mixing of certain preparations.
– Continuous operation: Turn the selector to position "1" (slow) or "2" (fast).
– Stop: To stop, turn the selector to position "0".
• Unlocking the lid: press the push button (a2) to automatically release the locking tab on the
lid (b2) and then lift the lid.
