Typical system times

Time delay before availability:
After power up the device performs a self-test for 10 s. The
system is only ready for use after this time.
Risk time in accordance with EN 60947-5-3:
If an actuator leaves the response range, this situation will
be detected by the read head at the latest after 290 ms. If
more than one safety switch is used, this value will in-
crease correspondingly. Fig. 11 shows the maximum
values for a chain of 20 safety switches.
