16 Required tool and auxiliaries

Für die ordnungsgemäße Installation des Dichteinsatzes MSH Basic-MBK-R4 benötigt man neben dem
üblichen Standardwerkzeug die folgenden Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel:
– Drehmomentschlüssel + Steckschlüsseleinsatz Innensechskant 6 mm
(z.B. Hauff MSH/GEH Werkzeugset)

17 Assembly of MSH Basic-MBK-R4 seal insert

Immediately before fitting the MSH Basic-MBK-R4 seal

insert, remove the cap of the MSH Basic-FUBO-SR4 basic
unit (see fig.: 20).
The compensation frames are now removed individually

as far as the height of the finished floor.
To do so, take hold of the flaps on the compensation
frame with both hands and pull upwards (see fig.: 21).

Then spread sufficient GMT lubricant on the sealing rings

of the seal insert and the inside of the adaptation pipes
of the basic unit (see fig.: 22).
Insert MSH Basic-MBK-R4 seal insert completely into the

basic unit of the MSH Basic-FUBO-SR4 set in concrete until
the flange of the seal insert touches the finished floor
height or the upper edge of the basic unit.
Then strike in the two nail screws on the basic unit with
a hammer and fasten (see fig.: 23).
