If the floor structure is higher than 235 mm , the 3-ribbed

seals on the pipes and the water barrier flange on the
installation fixture are pushed down evenly so as to ensure
that the 3-ribbed seals and water barrier flange are at the
level of the unfinished floor.
The yellow marking "unfinished floor upper edge" is
irrelevant here (see fig.: 13).
IMPORTANT!
No sealing due to incorrect preparation of
installation!
Incorrect preparation can result in damage.
• After connecting the pipes, check the bend
radii R ≥ 1 m.
• The installation fixture is only for temporary fas-
tening. Only the immediate filling with sand up to
the level of the granular subbase ensures a fixed
positioning of the base plate implementation.
When correctly positioned, the basic unit is 235 mm above

the unfinished floor after concreting.
The system allows shortening of the basic unit to the
later floor superstructure or the finished floor level by up
to 155 mm at a later stage (see fig.: 14).

• Please ensure that the shortening area (the black
compensation frames) is within the area of the
finished floor level (important in the case of
floor structures which are higher than 235
mm and smaller than 80 mm) (see fig.: 15).
