Insert the wheel axle through the two holes on the oil
tank.
Then install a washer on both sides of the wheel and se­
cure both with a cotter pin. Slightly bend the cotter pin to
prevent it from falling out.
Install table top, Fig. 8
The table top can be depending on the length of the wood
split in 3 heights 62 cm, 80 cm and 102 cm. In any posi­
tion locking hooks (A) are attached.
Insert the table into the desired mounting brackets (B).
Pivot the locking hooks (A) on both sides by 90° down­
wards to lock the table. Then secure the locking hooks
(A) with cotter pins (C) to prevent unintentional opening.
Engine oil
m Oil has been drained for shipping. Failure to fill engine
sump with oil before starting engine will result in
permanent damage and will void engine warranty.
Fill with engine oil according to the maintenance sche­
dule.

Stroke limiter with short logs, Fig. 9
The lower riving knife position is for safety reasons about
10 cm above the splitting table.
• Riving knife goes to the desired position
• Release one control arm
• Switch off the engine
• Release the second control arm
• Loosen the locking screw
• The stroke adjusting rod leads the way to the top
• Re­tighten the locking screw.
• Switch on the motor
• Check the upper position.
