1. Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new tool. You have se-
lected a high-quality product. The operating instructions are part
of this product. They contain important information about safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise
yourself with all instructions regarding safety and use. Use the
product only as described and for the specified range of applica-
tions. Please also pass on all documents to any future owner.
1.1. Intended use
Hedge trimmer
When used with the hedge trimmer, this tool is intended for cut-
ting and trimming hedges, bushes and flowering shrubs in the
home garden. This is a hand-held tool with an integrated motor
unit with linear reciprocating cutting blades.
Pole pruner
When used with the pole pruner, this tool is intended for trimming
branches in trees.
Strimmer and 3-tooth blade
When used with the strimmer, the tool is intended for trimming
grass at the edges of beds and around tree trunks. When used
with the 3-tooth blade, the tool is intended for cutting under-
growth, low vegetation, grass and weeds.
Use this tool only as described and for the areas of application
specified. Any other usage or modification of the tool is deemed
to be improper and carries a significant risk of accidents. The
manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from
improper use. The tool is not intended for commercial use.
