13. Troubleshooting
13.1. Tool
Fault
The tool does not start
The tool works intermittently
The tool vibrates heavily and
makes unusual noises
13.2. Strimmer

cutting result with the strimmer
The cutting tool does not rotate
Cause
Batteries flat.
Batteries not inserted.
On/Off switch (14) defective.
Start lever (3) defective.
Motor defective.
Internal loose contact.
Start lever (3) defective.
Cutting tool dirty or not properly
fastened.
Motor defective.
Cause
Line in the strimmer (23) not long
enough or used up.
Line is not fed out of the spool
case (43) or only on one side.
Cutting tool is dirty.
Batteries not fully charged/weak.
A foreign object, such as a branch, is
blocking the cutting tool.
Solution
Charge the batteries.
Insert the batteries.
Contact Customer Service.
Contact Customer Service.
Clean the cutting tool.
Tighten the cutting tool securely.
Contact Customer Service.
Solution
Lengthen the line.
Replace the strimmer if necessary.
Thread the line correctly and rewind if necessary.
Clean the cutting tool.
Charge the batteries.
Switch off the tool immediately, remove the batteries
and remove the blockage.
