Troubleshooting
Problem
The oven does not work.
The oven cannot be switched
off.
The clock display flashes.
The oven does not heat up.
The door glass is broken.
Fruit juice or egg white marks
on enamelled surfaces.
Malfunctions often have simple explanations. Please
read the following notes before calling the after sales
service.

Repairs may only be carried out by fully trained
after sales service engineers.
Improper repairs may constitute serious hazards to
the user.
Notes/remedial action
Look in the fuse box and check that the
fuse is in working order.
Check whether the kitchen light
switches on.
Switch off the fuse. Contact the
after sales service.
Reset the clock.
Check or replace the fuse.
Set the function selector.
Switch off the oven. Contact the
after sales service.
Harmless change in the enamel, cannot
be removed.
