Disassembly
Remove the ignition lead from the spark plug, air conductor,
screws for the ignition module and the lead to the stop switch.
Demontage
Zündkabel von der Kerze, Luftleitblech, Schrauben für das
Zündmodul und Kabel zum Stopschalter entfernen.
Démontage
Débrancher le fil de la bougie, le déflecteur d'air, les vis du bloc
électronique et le fil allant au bouton d'arret.
Desmontaje
Quitar el cable de encendido de la bujia, la barra de guía, los
tornillos del módulo de encendido y el cable del interruptor de
parada.
Mount the piston stop in the spark plug hole.
NOTE!
Use the whole thread length. Remove the flywheel nut and
washer.
Kolbenanschlag im Zündkerzenloch einsetzen.
Zu beachten!
Die gesamte Gewindelänge ausnutzen. Schwungradmutter
und Scheibe entfernen.
Monter la butée de piston dans le trou de bougie.
IMPORTANT!
Visser sur toute la longeur du filetage. Déposer l'écrou et la
rondelle du volant.
Montar el tope de pistón en el orifico de la bujia.
NOTA!
Utilizar toda la longitud de la rosca. Quitar la tuerca del volante
y la arandela.
Remove the starter pawls.
NOTE!
Do not loose the washers under the starter pawls.
Starterklinken abbauen.
ACHTUNG!
Die Scheiben unter den Starterklinken nicht verlieren.
Déposer les cliquets d'entraînement.
ATTENTION!
Ne pas égarer les rondelles situées sous les cliquets.
Desmontar los ganchos de arranque.
NOTA!
No extraviar las arandelas que hay debajo de los ganchos de
arranque.
Remove the piston stop. Mount the holding bar with the
enclosed M5 screws. Centre the holding bar, tighten the 15
screws and screw in the puller. Pull off the flywheel.
Kolbenanschlag abschrauben. Halteeisen mit beiliegenden
M5-Schrauben montieren. Halteeisen zentrieren, die M5
Schrauben anziehen und den Abzieher festschrauben.
Schwungrad abziehen.
Déposer la butée de piston. Monter la ferrure de blocage avec
les vis M5 jointes. Centrer la ferrure, serrer les vis M5 et visser
l'extracteur. Extraire le volant.
Desenroscar el tope de pistón. Montar el herraje de sujeción
junto con los tornillos M5. Centrar el herraje, apretar los
tornillos M5 y atornillar el extractor. Extraer el volante.
