5.25 Montage Heat- &
Sound-Beam op
Pivot-zijde
• Indien de Heat- & Sound-Beam besteld is
samen met de Camargue ® , zijn de blind-
klinkmoeren van het Pivot kaderprofiel reeds
geplaatst en de nodige gaten voorzien,
alsook de doorvoertules voor kabeldoor-
gang. Ga verder naar pag. 154 punt A. A
• Indien de Heat een uitbreiding is op een
eerder geplaatste Camargue , dien je de

positie van de boorgaten voor de montage
van de ophangbeugels te bepalen.
Teken de centrale punten, van de reeds
voorziene gaten op de achterzijde van de
beam, over op de pivot.
De hoogte t.o.v. de onderzijde van het
pivot kaderprofiel is steeds 86 mm zoals
aangegeven op tekening.
Boor de afgetekende gaten met de over-
eenkomstige diameter in het Pivot kader-
profiel. Twee van ø 9 mm en één van ø
23 mm. De 2 gaten van ø 9 mm dien je te
verzinken naar ø 11 mm.
Ontbraam de gaten van ø 23 mm. B
• Bepaal daarnaast ook de doorgang door
de bovenkamer van het kaderprofiel.
Boor een gat met ø 23 mm in de aange-
duide positie van de bovenkamer van het
kaderprofiel.
Ontbraam het gat van ø 23 mm. C
• Voorzie de blindklinkmoeren M6 in de
gaten van ø 9 mm, met een blindklinkmoer-
tang (niet meegeleverd). D
• Plaats de doorvoertules voor kabeldoor-
gang in de gaten van ø 23 mm. E
• Monteer de ophangbeugels op het Pivot
kaderprofiel (Volg hiervoor pag. 154 A).
Ophangbeugel aan Pivot-zijde is verschil-
lend tov Span wegens externe goot in
Pivot. F
5.25 Montage de la
poutre Heat & Sound
du côté Pivot
• Si la poutre Heat & Sound est commandée
d'origine avec la Camargue, les écrous à
sertir du profil cadre Pivot sont déjà placés
et les perforations nécessaires prévues
ainsi que les anneaux de protection pour
le passage du câble. Continuez au point
A à la page 154. A
• Si la poutre Heat est commandée en
tant qu'extension pour une Camargue
déjà installée, vous devez déterminer
l'emplacement des trous de forage pour le
montage des équerres de suspension.
Indiquez sur le pivot le point central des
trous prévus à la partie arrière de la poutre
beam.
La hauteur par rapport au côté inférieur du
profil cadre pivot est toujours de 86 mm
comme indiqué sur le dessin.
Forez les trous indiqués avec le diamètre
correspondant dans le profil cadre Pivot.
Deux de ø 9 mm et un de ø 23 mm. Les 2
trous doivent être chanfreinés de ø 9 mm
vers ø 11 mm.
Enlevez les bavures du trou de ø 23 mm
dans lequel un câble va devoir passer. B
• Indiquez ensuite la position du passage
du câble dans la partie supérieure du
profil cadre. Forez un trou de ø 23 mm à
l'emplacement indiqué dans la partie supé-
rieure du profil cadre.
Enlevez les bavures du trou de ø 23 mm
dans lequel le câble va devoir passer. C
• Fixez les écrous à sertir M6 dans les trous
de ø 9 mm à l'aide d'une pince à sertir.
(non fournie). D
• Placez les anneaux de protection pour le
passage du câble. E
• Montez les équerres mobiles sur le profil
cadre Pivot (voir page 154 A). L'équerre
du côté Pivot est différente du côté Span à
cause de la gouttière externe dans le Pivot.

Pivot-Seite
• Falls der Heat- & Sound-Beam zusam-
men mit der Camargue ® bestellt wurde,
sind die Blindnieten des Pivot-Rahmen-
profils, die benötigten Löcher sowie
die Durchführungstüllen für die Kabel-
durchführung bereits angebracht. Fahren
Sie fort mit Punkt A auf Seite 154. A
• Falls der Heat eine Erweiterung einer beste-
henden Camargue ® ist, müssen Sie die
Positionen der Bohrlöcher für die Montage
der Aufhängebügel bestimmen.
Zeichnen Sie die Mittelpunkte der bereits
an der Rückseite des Beam vorgesehenen
Löcher am Pivot ein.
Die Höhe relativ zur Unterseite des Pivot-
Rahmenprofils ist stets 86 mm, wie auf der
Zeichnung angedeutet.
Bohren Sie die eingezeichneten Löcher mit
dem entsprechenden Durchmesser in das
Pivot-Rahmenprofil. Zwei mit ø 9 mm und
ein mit ø 23 mm. Die 2 Löcher mit ø 9 mm
müssen auf ø 11 mm angesenkt werden.
Entgraten Sie die Löcher mit ø 23 mm. B
• Bestimmen auch die Durchführung durch
den oberen Kasten des Rahmenprofils.
Bohren Sie ein Loch mit ø 23 mm an der
angedeuteten Position des oberen Kastens
des Rahmenprofils.
Entgraten Sie das Loch mit ø 23 mm. C
• Versehen Sie die Löcher mit ø 9 mm mit
Blindnieten M6 mithilfe einer Blindnieten-
zange (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
D
• Setzen Sie die Durchführungstüllen für
die Kabeldurchführung in die Löcher mit
ø 23 mm. E
• Montieren Sie die Aufhängebügel am
Pivot-Rahmenprofil (fahren Sie hierfür mit
Punkt A auf Seite 154 fort). Der Pivot-
Aufhängebügel unterscheidet sich vom
Span-Aufhängebügel durch seine außen
liegende Rinne. F

• If the Heat & Sound-Beam is ordered toge-
ther with the Camargue , the blind rivet
®
nuts are already installed on the Pivot
frame profile, and have the necessary
holes, and wiring grommets. Continue to
page 154 point A. A
• If the heat is an expansion to a previously
installed Camargue , you need to deter-
®
mine the position of the drill holes for
mounting the suspension brackets.
Transfer the central points of the already
provided holes on the rear of the beam,
to the pivot.
The height in relation to the bottom of the
pivot frame profile is still 86 mm as indica-
ted on the drawing.
Drill the marked holes with the correspon-
ding diameter in the Pivot frame profile. Two
Ø 9 mm and one Ø 23 mm. You need to
countersink the 2 Ø 9 mm holes to Ø 11 mm.
Deburr the Ø 23 mm holes.
B
• In addition, you need to determine the tran-
sit through the upper chamber in the frame
profile.
Drill a hole with Ø 23 mm in the specified
position on the upper chamber of the frame
profile.
Deburr the Ø 23 mm hole.
C
• Fit the M6 blind rivet nuts in the Ø 9 mm
holes, with blind rivet nut- pliers (not inclu-
ded).
D
• Install the wiring grommets in the Ø 23 mm
holes.
E
• Mount the suspension brackets on the Pivot
frame profile (follow the instructions on
page 154 A). The suspension bracket on
the Pivot-side is different compared to Span
due to the external gutter in the Pivot. F
