5.18 Montage UpDown LED

• Knip de elektrische kabels door op zo'n 10
cm van de fiches. A
• Ontmantel alle uiteinden van elke afzon-
derlijke elektrische kabel. B
• Monteer de UpDown-lichtmodule op het
Pivot (of Span) kaderprofiel met behulp
van schroeven DIN 7981 CH – 3,5 x 13.
De UpDown-lichtmodule is reeds voorzien
van gaten Ø 5 mm, welke om de 300
mm voorzien zijn over de volledige lengte
van het profiel. Boor de gaten door in het
kaderprofiel met Ø 3 mm.
De UpDown-lichtmodule wordt gecen-
treerd op het Pivot of Span kaderprofiel (of
Pivot/Span koppelliger).
Aan weerszijden van het kaderprofiel is 1
mm tolerantie voorzien.
Opgelet: De onderkant van de UpDown-
lichtmodule dient op zelfde hoogte
geplaatst te worden met de onderkant van
het Pivot of Span kaderprofiel.
Tip: Gebruik bvb een U-vormige lijmklem
voor het positioneren van de UpDown licht-
module op de Pivot of Span-kaderprofiel.
Volgende stappen zijn voor de montage
van de kabels bij de mogelijke posities van
de UpDown LED C

• UpDown LED op een Pivot- of Span-profiel
welke geen muurprofiel is.
Trek de elektrische kabels door de
geplaatste wartels. D
• UpDown LED op een Pivot- of Span-profiel
als muurprofiel.
Open de voorkap aan de kant van de
bekabeling.
Steek de elektrische kabel door de wartel
van het kaderprofiel en zo verder tussen
zijconsole en muur naar buiten toe.
Trek de kabel tot in de bovenkamer van het
kaderprofiel. E

• Coupez les câbles électriques à environ 10

• Montez le module UpDown sur profil cadre
Pivot (ou Span) à l'aide des vis DIN 7981
CH – 3,5 x 13. le module d'éclairage
UpDown-est déjà pourvu de préperforati-
ons de diamètre Ø 5 mm, qui sont répar-
ties tous les 300 mm sur toute la longueur
du profil. Forez les trous à travers le profil
cadre Ø 3 mm.
• Le module d'éclairage UpDown est centré
sur le profil cadre Pivot ou Span (ou la
coulisse de couplage Pivot/Span). De
chaque côté du profil cadre il y a une tolé-
rance prévue de 1 mm.
Attention : La partie inférieure du module
UpDown doit être placée à la même
hauteur que le côté inférieur du profil
cadre Pivot ou Span.
Conseil : Utilisez un sergent en U pour le
positionnement du module UpDown sur le
profil cadre Pivot ou Span.

des câbles selon les positions possibles du

• UpDown LED sur un profil Pivot ou Span
qui n'est pas un profil mural :
Passez le câble électrique au travers des
rondelles d'étanchéité. D
• UpDown LED sur un profil Pivot ou Span en
tant que profil mural :
Ouvrez le capot avant du côté du câblage.
Passez le câble électrique au travers de la
rondelle d'étanchéité dans le profil cadre
et ensuite entre la console latérale et le
mur, vers l'extérieur.
Tirez le câble jusque dans la partie supéri-
eure du profil cadre. E

• Schneiden Sie die Stromkabel in einem
Abstand von ca. 10 cm zu den Steckern
durch. A
• Entfernen Sie die Isolierung an allen Enden
jedes einzelnen Stromkabels. B
• Montieren Sie das UpDown-Lichtmodul
am Pivot- (oder Span-) Rahmenprofil mit
Schrauben DIN 7981 CH – 3,5 x 13.
Das UpDown-Lichtmodul ist bereits mit
Löchern mit ø 5 mm versehen, die alle
300 mm über die gesamte Länge des
Profils angebracht sind. Bohren Sie die
Löcher mit ø 3 mm in das Rahmenprofil
durch. Das UpDown-Lichtmodul wird am
Pivot- oder Span-Rahmenprofil (oder Pivot-/
Span-Verbindungsträger) zentriert.
An beiden Seiten des Rahmenprofils ist 1
mm Spielraum vorgesehen.
Achtung: Die Unterseite des UpDown-
Lichtmoduls muss auf gleicher Höhe mit der
Unterseite des Pivot- oder Span-Rahmen-
profils angebracht werden.
Tipp: Verwenden Sie z. B. eine U-förmige
Leimklemme zum Positionieren des UpDown-
Lichtmoduls am Pivot- oder Span-Rahmen-
profil. Die folgenden Schritte beschreiben
die Montage der Kabel bei den möglichen
Positionen der UpDown LED. C

• UpDown LED an einem Pivot- oder Span-
Profil, das kein Wandprofil ist.
Ziehen Sie die Stromkabel durch die ange-
brachten Kabelverschraubungen. D
• UpDown LED an einem Pivot- oder Span-
Profil, das ein Wandprofil ist.
Öffnen Sie die Frontkappe an der Seite
der Verkabelung. Stecken Sie das Strom-
kabel durch die Kabelverschraubung des
Rahmenprofils und führen Sie es weiter
zwischen Seitenkonsole und Wand nach
außen hin. Ziehen Sie das Kabel bis in
den oberen Kasten des Rahmenprofils. E

• Cut the electrical cables at approx. 10 cm
from the connectors. A
• Strip the ends of each individual electric
cable. B
• Mount the Up/Down-light module on the
Pivot (or Span) frame profile by using DIN
7981 CH - 3.5 x 13 screws. The Up/
Down-light module already has Ø 5 mm
holes, which are pre-drilled every 300 mm
over the full length of the profile. Drill Ø 3
mm holes in the frame profile.
The Up/Down-light module is centred on
the Pivot or Span frame profile (or Pivot/
Span coupling beam).
There is 1 mm tolerance on both sides of
the frame profile.
Attention: The bottom of the Up/Down-
light module needs to be installed at the
same height as the bottom of the Pivot or
Span frame profile.
Tip: Use e.g. a U-shaped clamp for posi-
tioning the Up/Down light- module on the
pivot or Span frame profile. The following
steps apply for mounting the cables at the
possible positions for the Up/Down LED

• For an Up/Down LED on a Pivot or Span-
profile which is not a wall profile, pull the
electric cables through the installed cable
glands. D
• Up/Down LED on a Pivot or Span-profile,
as wall profile
Open the front cover on the side of the
cabling.
Insert the electrical cable through the cable
gland on the frame profile and then on,
between the side bracket and wall, to the
outside.
Pull the cable up to the top room of the
frame profile.
