Disposal (supply time and hydrostatic pressure)

The grease separator can be emptied once the heating mantle has been heated ( 4.2 on page 56).

To use the hydrostatic pressure (wastewater pressure presses the quantity of grease to be disposed off out of the
heating mantle) as well as possible, stick to the disposal sequence shown: 1. Grease, 2. Sludge.
Tip: Carry out disposal while the grease separator is in operation. In this case, wastewater usually flows in, no
fresh water has to be supplied. In addition, heating energy (heating mantle) can be saved when the wastewater is
hot.
