Unplug the power supply to the heating mantle(s) <41>.
•
Open the clamping ring of the heating mantle <49> and take the
heating mantle <42> off.
•
Heizhaube von innen mechanisch (z.B. Holz- oder Kunststoffspach-
tel, kein Metall) von Fettrückständen befreien (Vorsicht schwer!).
Do not clean the system using a water pressure of more than 5
bar and a water temperature of more than 50°C. Do not use a
high-pressure cleaner on seals. If soap is used for cleaning, rinse
out / extract the residue, as otherwise it could lead to functional
problems.
•
Clean all components with hot water.
•
Assemble the grease separator again in reverse order.
•
Empty the grease separator system again as described above.
•
Carry out pressure test (
If all the system components are airtight the grease separator can
be put into operation again.
