Operation

4.1

Switching on

Following successful functional checks the grease separator system can
be switched on, to do this:
• switch the main switch on. Following a successful system test, the
display <65> shows the menu
lights up, the grease separator system is ready for operation.

Setting the disposal interval, heating and mixing time

The disposal interval is specified for the regular emptying of the grease separator system. Depending on the
quantity of grease in the wastewater, the length of the period can differ. Before disposal, the grease separator
must be heated for at least 2 hours so that the accumulated grease can flow out.
If disposal takes place too late, the operational safety of the grease separator system is not guaranteed.
To ensure as much grease as possible is emptied, the grease is mixed by the mixer motor in the grease separator
directly before emptying. The duration of the mixing time can be adjusted.
For normal operation (daily disposal interval), the following parameters have been set in the factory.
