Setting up / installing the grease separator system
When full, the grease separator system is heavy. Make sure it is placed on a surface with a sufficient load-bea-
ring capacity (see weigh6.3 on page 65ite <?> and Chapter 6.4 on page 66).
If the grease separator system has to be dismantled for transport to its set-up location, it can be dismantled by a
person authorised by the manufacturer (see Chapter 7.4 Dismantling the system on page 71).
If the system is to be lifted to its set-up location by crane, it must have been equipped with a transport eyebolt in
the factory. In this case, transport must be carried out by the manufacturer or a person designated by the manu-
facturer using a textile hoisting sling.
•
Set the grease separator system up on a level surface that is capable of bearing a sufficient load.
•
Check all threaded and other connections for a tight fit and air-tightness.
•
Fit the pipe connections at the inlet <16> and outlet <35>.
•
Fit the connections for venting the system (rear of balance tower, heating mantle, inlet pipe if appropriate).
