Installation

3.1

Set-up location and connection specifications

• Well vented or ventilated room and one with level set-up area.
• Room temperature at least 15°C constant / max. 35°C, guaranteed
frost-free.
• Room height at least 60 cm higher than the height of the system so
that the inspection covers can be opened during cleaning work.
• Free space to work at least 1 m all way round the system, at least
60 cm above the system.
• Inlet with stilling section of at least "DN of the inlet pipe" x 10
(gradient 2%). Transition from on-site drainpipe to stilling section
equipped with 2 x 45° bends
• Objects (cutlery, crown corks, mustard sachets, bones etc.) interfe-
re with separating operation and can damage the flushing pump.
• To protect the system from improper operation, the coarse filter
must be switched upstream of the separator.
• Route on-site pipes at a distance of 30 cm to the mixer motor <40>
so that free access is possible during maintenance work.
• Floor tiles with drain (recommended)
• Hot water connection in the system set-up room (recommendation)
Necessary venting connections
• Connect venting hose for heating mantle <36>
• Scoring surface on the rear of the balance tower <83> . Vent with
at least size DN 70 via the roof.
• If the inlet pipe <16> is longer than 10 m it must be vented
separately.
