5. Commissioning and operation
In the control mode it is possible to adjust the zero point of the controller manually and
to check the connected instrument for leaks.

5.5 Measuring mode "MEAS"
The measuring mode MEAS is used to measure a differential or gauge pressure. The
pump is not active in this operating mode. The pressure is measured directly from the
internal reference sensor.
Setting
1. Press the [MENU] button.
2. Confirm the menu item MODE with [SELECT] and press the [▲] or [▼] buttons until
MEAS is displayed.
3. Confirm with [SELECT].

For the measure mode, the submenu items RANGE and STEPS are not relevant.
4. In the menu, select the item UNIT with the [▲] or [▼] buttons.
5. Select the pressure unit.
6. Confirm with [SELECT].
7. With the [MENU] button, exit the menu.
SETTINGS submenu
1. With the [▲] or [▼] buttons, select the menu item SETTINGS.
2. Confirm with [SELECT].
3. In the submenu, select the item ZERO.
4. Confirm with [SELECT].

Under the item, AUTO ZERO, the automatic zero point correction for the
measuring mode can be activated or deactivated.

Meaning
Confirm [ZERO] button and the reference measuring cell of the
instrument will be adjusted.
By pressing the [LEAK] button, the control process will be deactivated
and the system sealed. It can be controlled via the display if the value is
stable. By pressing the [LEAK] button again, the mode will be stopped
and the instrument placed back in control mode.
