Intended use

The RIDE espresso portafilter machine may only be used to prepare espressos
and to extract hot water and steam.
This machine is intended for use at home and in the following environments:
• Kitchens in shops, offices, or other work environments;
• Farms;
• Hotels, motels, or other accommodation;
• B&Bs.
The machine may only be used with the approved accessories (see Chapter
6.2, „Scope of delivery"). All instructions for cleaning (see Chapter 11,
„Cleaning") and servicing (see Chapter 12, „Servicing") the machine must be
observed and followed.
Any use for other purposes is not permitted.

Foreseeable misuse

The machine may not be used for any purpose other than that intended. The
following cases of foreseeable misuse are not permitted:
• Connecting the machine to a power strip.
• Using the machine at unsuitable locations, e.g. outdoors.
• Using the machine to produce large quantities of hot water for purposes
other than for preparing coffee drinks.
• Converting the machine to increase performance.
