4 2 Assembling angle connectors (90°/120°/135°/180°)
Assembling T-blocks
Assembly instructions:
Prior to joining several partition walls with each other using 90°, 120°
or 135° angles and intend to fit organisation rails to them (see pages
17-20), you first have to fit the organisation rail with its cover caps to
every individual element prior to joining the partition elements.
The reason being that the cover caps of the organisation rail cannot be
fitted retrospectively.
The below steps for assembling the angle connectors apply to all
angle configurations (90°/120°/135°/180°).
a. Insert four T-blocks (R) into the first partition wall into the vertical
frame profile (2 T-blocks each at the top and bottom). When doing
this, ensure the orientation of the T-block so the clamping faces
will be uppermost when assembled. The open side points upwards
(see illustration 17). Press the T-blocks down on the edge for the
final positioning in the frame profile (see illustration 18). Ensure a
clearance of 85 mm to the upper edge or bottom edge of the
frame. Position the T-blocks at a distance of 54 mm each onto the
vertical frame profile.
b. Repeat step a for the second partition wall and if required, for
additional partition walls.
Ensure that you insert the T-blocks on the relevant opposite side of
the partition walls to allow the partition walls to be interlinked (see
illustration 15).
