Positioning and screwing the brackets onto the bottom
frame profile
a. Position the partition wall (A) on its side onto a clean and level
base.
b. Place the clamping plate (C) prepared as described on p.8 and the
bracket (D) onto the bottom frame profile of the partition wall (A),
see illustration 3. Ensure that a distance of 30-40 mm (see
illustration 4) to the outer edge of the frame is adhered to in order
to ensure a sufficient overlap between bracket (D) and corner
pieces of the partition wall. Failure to position the partition wall
onto the bottom frame profile in line with above instructions will
cause the overall system to become instable.
c. Tighten the screws (H) firmly using a 2.5 mm hexagon socket
wrench. The recommended tightening torque with a torque
wrench is 2.5 Nm ± 0.5 Nm.
d. Repeat steps b and c on the opposite side of the bottom frame
profile.
Make absolutely sure that the screws are tightened properly (recom-
mended tightening torque 2.5 Nm ± 0.5 Nm) and that the connection
between bracket and frame is sufficiently tight. Tightening forces
being too low when tightening screws may cause the screen to
become loose, fall over and lead to injuries.
