Replacements

4.2.1

Replacing the Lamp

Unscrew the cap nut on the handpiece (item 14, foldout front page) by turning it counter-

clockwise.
Pull handpiece (item 14, foldout front page) from connection cable.

Insert new lamp in the lamp socket and put handpiece (item 14, foldout front page) back
•
on.
Unscrew the cap nut on the handpiece (item 14, foldout front page) by turning it
•
clockwise.
A damaged lamp does not have a negative effect on the general functioning of the
®
SonicWeld Rx .
4.2.2

Replacing the Sonotrode

Unscrew sonotrode (item 19 – 22, foldout front page) from the handpiece (item 14, foldout
•
front page) by turning it counter-clockwise using a flat spanner, and tighten by turning it
clockwise with a maximum of 0.03 Nm.
