(2) The test pressure must be set at 1.3x the static pressure of the liquid to be stored, but at
least that of water, relative to the bottom of the container.

Hinged lid
The polyethylene hinged lids described in Annex 2, Section 2 must be included in the factory
production control. The requirements of Annex 2, Section 2 apply.
