11.conditions générales de garantie
• En sus de la garantie légale, ETEsiA offre une garantie
contractuelle pour tout défaut mécanique selon les modalités
précisées dans la présente notice.
L'attention de l'utilisateur doit être attirée sur les
recommandations essentielles contenues dans cette notice
d'utilisation.
il est absolument indispensable d'observer et de respecter ces
recommandations pour obtenir un bon fonctionnement de
l'appareil.
Garantie contractuelle 3 ans (usage professionnel 1 an)
• La garantie contractuelle ETEsiA à partir de la date d'achat de la
tondeuse n'est accordée que sous réserve du strict respect des
indications suivantes :
1) La tondeuse est employée dans des conditions normales
d'utilisation.
2) L'entretien et l'utilisation de la tondeuse sont conformes aux
prescriptions.
3) Le certificat de garantie a été retourné à ETEsiA
immédiatement après l'achat.
11.Allgemeine Garantiebedingung
ETEsiA bietet zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Garantie einen
Garantievertrag für alle mechanischen Fehler, dessen
Bestimmungen in der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung
festgelegt sind. Der Benutzer muß insbesondere die
wesentlichen Empfehlungen beachten, die in der mit jedem
Gerät gelieferten Gebrauchsanweisung zusammengestellt sind,
und deren Beachtung und Einhaltung für ein gutes Funktionieren
des Gerätes unerläßlich sind.
Drei jährige vertragliche garantie (gewerblicher einsatz 1 jahr)
Die von ETEsiA nach Kauftermin des Mähers zugestandene
Garantieleistungen werden nur gewährt, wenn Folgendes streng
beachtet wurde :
1) Der Mäher wird unter normalen Bedingungen angewendet.
2) Der Mäher wird vorschriftsgemäß angewendet und gewartet.
3) Die Garantiekarte wurde sofort nach dem Kauf an ETEsiA
zurückgeschickt.
Das entsprechende Formular befindet sich in der Mitte dieses
Heftes.
11.General warranty conditions
in addition to the statutory warranty, ETEsiA offers an additional
contractual warranty against manufacturing or material defects.
in general, the ETEsiA warranty covers the exchange of parts
which have become unusable due to a material or manufacturing
fault, free of charge. This warranty applies to the product as it
leaves the factory.
The user Manual delivered with each lawn mower contains
essential recommendations. All these recommendations must be
respected in order to get the best use of your lawn mower.
THREE YEARs coNTRAcTuAL WARRANTY
(Professionnal use one year)
The ETEsiA contractual warranty is applicable from the date of
purchase of the mower, provided that the following conditions
are strictly respected :
1) The instructions in this user booklet must be complied with.
2) The machine is used and maintained as described in this
booklet.
3) The warranty certificate must be returned to ETEsiA
immediately after the purchase. The appropriate form is
contained within this booklet. on receipt of this certificate, the

Tout défaut mécanique, reconnu comme tel par ETEsiA, sera
réparé gratuitement (pièces et main d'oeuvre) auprès des
ateliers agrées ETEsiA.
Le transport de la tondeuse ou des pièces reste à la charge de
l'utilisateur.
La remise en état de la tondeuse ou le remplacement des pièces
défectueuses dégage ETEsiA de toute autre obligation de
garantie. Elle exclut particulièrement toute autre revendication
ou dérogation au contrat de vente.
En cas d'échange de pièces sous garantie, ETEsiA se réserve le
droit d'utiliser des pièces neuves ou d'occasion.
ETEsiA décline toute autre responsabilité en particulier en
matière de responsabilité civile résultant de l'utilisation des
tondeuses, notamment en cas de non-observation des
recommandations de la présente notice d'utilisation.
La garantie contractuelle couvre toutes les pièces contre tout
vice de fabrication ou défaut de matière. cette garantie ne couvre
cependant pas la dégradation des pièces soumises à l'usure
normale, à savoir : bougie, corde de lanceur, éléments de filtre à
air et de filtre à essence, pot d'échappement, joints et

Der Transport des Mähers oder der Ersatzteile erfolgt auf
Kosten des Benutzers.
Durch die instandsetzung des Mähers oder den Austausch
fehlerhafter Teile wird ETEsiA von allen weiteren Garantie
verpflichtungen entbunden. so sind insbesondere
jegliche zusätzliche Anforderungen oder Abweichungen vom
Kaufvertrag ausgeschlossen.
Bei Ersatzteilaustausch unter Garantie kann ETEsiA, frei nach
eigener Wahl, neue oder gebrauchte Teile verwenden.
ETEsiA verweigert alle weitergehenden Verantwortungen,
insbesondere in Bezug auf die zivilrechtliche Haftung für
Vorkommnisse bei der Anwendung der Mäher, vor allem bei
Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung. Die
vertragliche Garantie deckt alle Teile gegen Herstellungs
- oder Materialfehler. Dies gilt jedoch nicht für Teile, die nor-
malem Verschleiß ausgesetzt sind, wie : Zündkerze, starterseil,
Filtereinsätze für Luft und Benzin, Auspuff, Dichtungen

mower or parts.
6) Work carried out under warranty, particularly when changing
parts, shall under no circumstances lead to restarting the
warranty.
7) When parts are replaced under warranty, ETEsiA reserves the
right to use new or used parts. Parts replaced free of charge shall
in all cases be restored to the dealer who will return them to
ETEsiA.
They shall remain the property of ETEsiA.
8) However, this warranty does not cover parts which have
become unusable following a non-conform repair or normal
wear.
9) When parts are replaced under warranty, ETEsiA reserves the
right to use new or used parts.
10) The warranty shall not apply in the following cases :
