de même pour tout dommage résultant du non-respect des

ETEsiA se réserve en tout cas le droit de décider si les conditions
d'application de la garantie contractuelle on été respectées par
le client.
Pour faire valoir la garantie, l'acheteur s'adressera d'abord au
concessionnaire.

Nach Abmontieren oder Abänderung von Teilen, sowie nach
Hinzufügen von Teilen, bei denen es sich nicht um orignalteile
handelt, geht das Anrecht auf alle Garantieleistungen verlo-
ren. Gleiches gilt für alle schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung
der im vorliegenden Garantie und Wartungsheft genannten
Regeln verursacht werden. ETEsiA behält sich in allen Fällen das
Entscheidungsbefugnis darüber vor, ob die Bedingungen für
die Anwendung der vertraglichen Garantie vom Kunden erfüllt
wurden.
um das Anrecht auf diese vertragliche Garantie bei Einhaltung
unserer Garantiebedingungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, ist
folgendermaßen zu verfahren :
1) Garantiekarte ausfüllen lassen und an ETEsiA zurückschicken.
2) Für gemäß den Garantiebestimmungen erfolgende Eingriffe
ist mit einer zugelassenen ETEsiA Reparaturwerkstätte in
Verbindung zu treten (Eine Liste dieser Werkstätten kann
auf einfachen Antrag von ETEsiA - 67165 WissEMBouRG -
FRANKREicH erhalten werden).

11) When the lawn mower changes owners, the remaining
warranty period may be transferred to the new owner if he makes

warranty conditions, and that he accepts them.
12) ETEsiA reserves the right to check if preliminary conditions
for the contractual warranty have been respected by the
purchaser.

13) When a claim is made under warranty, ETEsiA will deliver spare
parts as quick as possible. However an immediate delivery cannot
be insisted upon. A delivery delay will under no circumstances be
accepted as justification for damages against the ETEsiA
company. Neither will extend the warranty.
14) No other claims can be made against ETEsiA.
