Warning:
Before carrying out any of the calibration activities de-
scribed from paragraph 5.3.1 to paragraph 5.3.3, please
contact the technical service centre, to avoid wrong
manoeuvres.
5.3.1

Jaw Setup

How to proceed:
• From the CALIBRATIONS Menu, select:
• Install the required jaw and select the corresponding code
from the JAW SETUP Menu (e.g. A03).
• Press "3" to launch the jaw self-calibration process
• Follow the instructions on screen
• Alternatively, if necessary, it is possible to calibrate the
system manually, by correcting the position of the X, Y and
Z axes with the keys:
• On the top left of the display it is possible to view the
height to be modified
• Save your changes by pressing "1"
Note: If you leave the page without pressing the "1" key, all
changes shall be lost.
• To reset the changes and go back to the previous setting,
press "2".

T01 and T02 tracer points calibration

How to proceed:
• From the CALIBRATIONS Menu, select:
Note: To carry out this procedure the C01 jaw must have been
previously calibrated.
• Press "3" to launch the tracer self-calibration process

• Follow the instructions on screen and lower the tracer
points holder manually when requested

• Alternatively, if necessary, it is possible to calibrate the in-
dividual tracer points manually, by selecting each tracer
point to be calibrated with the button (4) and then correct-
ing the position of the X, Y and Z axes with the buttons:

Engraver calibration

How to proceed:
• From the CALIBRATIONS Menu, select:

• It is possible to adjust the engraver position when the key
head engraving is not made precisely in the position shown
in the engraving screen (paragraph 7.4.0), using the follow-
ing keys:
• On the top left of the display it is possible to view the
height to be modified
• Save your changes by pressing "1"
