Die Hub-Positioniereinheit ist in zwei
verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich:
Mit variablem Hub beträgt die Hubhöhe
über Transportniveau max. 50 mm. Die
Hubhöhe ist stufenlos verstellbar.
Bei der Ausführung mit festem Hub
beträgt die Hubhöhe über
Transportniveau 10 mm. Die niedrige
Bauhöhe dieser Positioniereinheit
erlaubt den Einsatz an manuellen
Arbeitsplätzen ohne eine
Beeinträchtigung der Kniehöhe.
Die obere Stellung der HP 1/P kann mit
einem induktiven Näherungsschalter
abgefragt werden. Die HP 1/P kann
direkt unter die Transportstrecke oder
auf der Maschinentischplatte einer
Station montiert werden.
Lieferumfang:
Alle Elemente zur Befestigung der
HP 1/P an der Transportstrecke bzw. auf
der Tischplatte sind im Lieferumfang
enthalten.

The lift position unit is available in two
different versions:
The lift position unit with a variable lift
can lift to a height of max. 50 mm above
the transport surface. The lift height is
variably adjustable.
With the fixed lift version, a height of
10 mm above the transport surface can
be reached. The low height of this
position unit means it can be used at
manual workplaces without restricting
the knee position.
The upper position of the HP 1/P can be
queried with an inductive proximity
switch.
The HP 1/P can be assembled directly
under the conveyor section or on a
machine tabletop at a workstation.
Scope of delivery:
All parts for fastening the HP 1/P onto
the conveyor section or onto the
tabletop are included in the scope of
delivery.

Il existe deux modèles d'unités de levée
et de positionnement.
Pour les modèles à levée variable, la
hauteur de levée au-dessus du niveau
de transport est de 50 mm max. La
hauteur de levée est réglable sans palier.
Pour les modèles à hauteur de levée fixe
celle-ci est de 10 mm au-dessus du
niveau de transport. La faible hauteur de
cette unité de positionnement permet
son utilisation à des stations de
traitement manuel sans que la hauteur
des genoux en soit affectée.
La position hautes de la HP 1/P peut
être demandées par un détecteur de
proximité inductif. HP 1/P peut être
monté soit directement sous la section
de transport soit sur le plateau de table
d'une station de travail.
Fournitures :
La livraison comprend tous les éléments
nécessaires au montage de la HP 1/P
sous la section de transport ou
respectivement sur le plateau de table.
