Der Schreib-Lese-Kopf
(ID 40/SLK-...) dient zum Übertragen
von Werkstückdaten zwischen MDT und
einem Bus-Master zur Steuerung von
Werkstückträgern in den Rexroth-
Transfersystemen.
Einfache Installation des SLK in den
Bosch-Transfersystemen TS 1 und TS
2plus durch Standard-Montagesatz.
Direkter Anschluss wahlweise an die
Feldbus-Systeme
– CANopen (ID 40/SLK-CAN)
– Profibus-DP (ID 40/SLK-PDP)
– Interbus (ID 40/SLK-IBS)
über M12-Steckbuchsen.
Die Antenne des SLK ist um 90°
schwenkbar sowie um 180° drehbar,
dadurch ergeben sich vielfältige
Einbaumöglichkeiten. Die
halbtransparente Abdeckung der
Antenne leuchtet während der
Datenübertragung mit dem MDT auf. Die
4-stellige alphanumerische Anzeige
informiert über den aktuellen Status von
Feldbus-Verbindung und Kommunikation
mit dem MDT. Die eingebaute serielle
RS232-Schnittstelle ermöglicht die
Parametrierung und Diagnose, z. B. mit
dem Konfigurations- und
Diagnoseprogramm ID 40/KONF,
3 842 406 119 und einem Notebook-
PC. Anwenderfreundliche
Stromversorgung über Standard-AS-i-
Profilkabel.
Der SLK erfüllt die Schutzart IP65.

The read/write head
(ID 40/SLK-...) transfers workpiece data
between the MDT and a bus master,
which controls the workpiece pallets in
the Rexroth transfer system.
With the standard assembly kit, the SLK
is easy to install in the TS 1 and
TS 2plus Bosch transfer systems.
Direct connection to the field bus
systems (as desired):
– CANopen (ID 40/SLK-CAN)
– Profibus-DP (ID 40/SLK-PDP)
– Interbus (ID 40/SLK-IBS)
via the M12 socket.
The antenna on the SLK can be
swivelled to 90° and turned to 180°,
which allows a variety of different
installation positions. The semi-
transparent antenna cover lights up
when data is being transferred to the
MDT. The 4-digit alphanumerical LED
displays the current status of the field
bus connection and the communication
with the MDT. The integrated serial
RS232 interface parameterizes and
diagnoses in clear text display, e.g. with
the ID 40/KONF configuration and
diagnosis program 3 842 406 119 and a
PC notebook. The standard AS-i profile
cable provides a user-friendly power
supply.
The SLK complies to the IP65
protection class.

La tête d'écriture-lecture (ID 40/SLK-...)
sert à transmettre entre la MDT et un
maître bus des données concernant les
pièces afin de commander les palettes
porte-pièces dans les systèmes de
transfert Rexroth.
L'installation de la SLK dans les
systèmes de transfert Bosch TS1 et TS
2plus est simple grâce à un jeu de
montage standard.
Connexion directe au choix aux
systèmes de bus
– CANopen (ID 40/SLK-CAN)
– Profibus-DP (ID 40/SLK-PDP)
– Interbus (ID 40/SLK-IBS)
avec prise M12.
L'antenne de la SLK est orientable à 90°
et pivotant à 180°, ce qui offre de
nombreuses possibilités d'installation. La
couverture semi-transparente de
l'antenne s'allume pendant la
transmission des données avec le MDT.
L'affichage alphanumérique à quatre
positions indique l'état momentané de la
connexion avec le bus de terrain et de la
communication avec le MDT.
L'intégration de l'interface sérielle
RS232 permet de définir en texte clair
les paramètres et le diagnostic, par ex.
avec le programme de configuration et
de diagnostic ID 40/KONF,
3 842 406 119 et un PC portable.
Alimentation en électricité facile pour
l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire du cable
profil standard AS-i.
La SLK correspond au type de
protection IP65.
