Der Mobile Daten-Träger (MDT) für das
ID 40 befindet sich direkt auf dem
Werkstückträger und speichert die
Werkstückdaten. Der kompakte MDT
besitzt ein nichtflüchtiges RAM
(Batteriepufferung nicht erforderlich). Er
kann von drei Seiten (frontal, seitlich
links/rechts) bis zu 10 Milliarden Mal
beschrieben und gelesen werden und
ermöglicht vielfältige Anbaupositionen
auf dem Werkstückträger.
Die Speicherkapazität des MDT beträgt
wahlweise ca. 2 KB oder ca. 8 KB. Die
zweifarbige Status-LED am MDT zeigt
korrekte Datenübertragung sowie
Übertragungsfehler an. Der MDT erfüllt
die Schutzart IP68.

The mobile data tag (MDT) for the ID 40
is located on the workpiece pallet and
saves the workpiece data. The compact
MDT has a non-volatile RAM (no battery
buffer required). It can be read and
written up to 10 billion times on three
sides (on the front, left and right). The
MDT can be mounted in a variety of
different positions on the workpiece
pallet.
The memory capacity of the MDT can be
either approx. 2 KB or approx. 8 KB. The
two-colour LED on the MDT displays
OK data transfers and transfer errors.
The MDT complies to the IP68
protection class.

Le support mobile de données (MDT) du
ID 40 se trouve placé directement sur la
palette porte-pièces et mémorise les
données de la pièce. Le MDT est
compact et possède une RAM non
volatile (une sauvegarde par pile n'est
pas nécessaire). Il peut recevoir des
données et être lu sur trois côtés (avant,
côtés gauche et droit) jusqu'à
10 milliards de fois et permet des
positions de montage très variées sur la
palette porte-pièces.
La capacité mémoire du MDT est au
choix d'env. 2 Ko ou d'env. 8 Ko. Le
MDT porte une LED bicolore qui signale
une transmission correcte des données
ainsi que les fautes de transmission. Le
MDT est conforme au type de protection
IP68.
