– Ist die Spannkraft zu stark abgefallen, oder lassen sich
Grundbacken und Spannkolben nicht mehr einwandfrei
bewegen, muss das Futter zerlegt, gereinigt und neu
abgeschmiert werden.
– Beim Austausch von Teilen nur SCHUNK-Original-
Ersatzteile verwenden!

Vorübergehende Außerbetriebnahme
Wird das Hybridspannfutter über einen längeren Zeitraum
nicht benutzt, sind die folgenden Maßnahmen empfehlens-
wert:
– Das Kabel gemeinsam mit der Steuereinheit vom Futter
trennen.
– Das Hybridspannfutter vom Maschinentisch nehmen.
– Die Oberflächen der Magnetspannplatte reinigen.
– Das Hybridspannfutter in seine Originalverpackung legen.
– Das Hybridspannfutter an einem trockenen Ort einlagern.
Zum Schutz der Elektronik sollte die Raumtemperatur zwi-
schen 0° C und 40° C liegen.
Außerbetriebnahme
Muss das Hybridspannfutter außer Betrieb genommen und
entsorgt werden, sind aus Umweltschutzgründen einige
grundlegende Regeln zu beachten.
– Komponenten aus Kunststoff oder aus nichtmetallischen
Werkstoffen demontieren und getrennt entsorgen.
– Elektrische Komponenten demontieren. Sind sie in einem
guten Zustand, können sie wiederverwendet werden.
– Metallische Teile können im Altmetall entsorgt werden.
Zur fachgerechten Entsorgung kann das Hybridspannfutter
auch an Firma SCHUNK zurückgesandt werden.

– If the clamping force has fallen off too much or the base
jaws and the clamping piston can no longer be freely
moved, the chuck has to be disassembled, cleaned, and
relubricated.
– When replacing parts, use only SCHUNK original
spare parts.

Taking out of operation temporarily
If the hybrid chuck is not used for a longer period of time, the
following measures are recommended:
– Remove the cable together with the control unit from the
chuck.
– Take the hybrid chuck from the machine table.
– Clean the surfaces of the magnetic clamping plate.
– Put the hybrid chuck in its original packaging.
– Store the hybrid chuck in a dry location. The room tempe-
rature should be between 0° C and 40° C to protect the
electronics.
Removal from service
If the hybrid chuck has to be taken out of service and dispo-
sed of, the following rules are to be followed to protect the
environment.
– Disassemble plastic components or non-metallic materials
and dispose of them separately.
– Disassemble electronic components. If they are in good
condition, then they can be reused.
– Metallic parts can be disposed of with scrap metal.
For appropriate disposal, the hybrid chuck can also be
returned to the SCHUNK company.
