– Nach dem Entfernen der Schrauben (Pos. 43) den Zy-
linderdeckel (Pos. 35) abnehmen und O-Ringe (Pos. 52
und 54) entnehmen. Es kann sich noch Hydrauliköl im
Zylinder befinden.
– Die Übergabeelemente (Pos. 37) können mit einem
Spezialschlüssel aus dem Zylinderdeckel (Pos. 35) ausge-
schraubt werden.
– Futter mit Hebezeug umdrehen.
– Die Trichterschmiernippel (Pos. 57) können nun, falls not-
wendig, demontiert werden.
– Schrauben (Pos. 15 und 14) entfernen und Polschuhe
(Pos. 2) abnehmen. Die Polschuhe und die zugehörigen
Pole bei der Demontage entsprechend kennzeichnen. Bei
der Montage die Polschuhe wieder auf die zugehörigen
Pole schrauben!
– Grundbacke (Pos. 31) mit Leisten (Pos. 6 und 7) nach
oben aus dem Kolben ziehen. Grundbacken und Leisten
sind nummeriert, bei Montage wieder in entsprechende
Führungsbahn montieren.
– Schrauben (Pos. 46) herausschrauben und den Futter-
körper Centric-C. (Pos. 30) von hinten abziehen. O-Ring
(Pos. 53) entnehmen.
– Schraube (Pos. 42) ausdrehen und Kolben (Pos. 32) und
Zylinderkolben (Pos. 33) entnehmen.
– Die Dichtungen (Pos. 48 und 49) können jetzt entfernt
werden.
– Auf dem Futterkörper Centric-C. (Pos. 30) und dem Kolben
(Pos. 32) befindet sich eine eingravierte »1«. Diese muss
bei der Montage in Richtung der Führungsbahn »1« aus-
gerichtet werden!
– Alle weiteren Elemente, und die nicht in der Ersatz-
teilliste aufgeführten Teile, dürfen nicht demontiert
werden!
Eine Demontage dieser Teile führt zu einer Beschä-
digung des Hybridspannfutters.
– Alle Teile entfetten, säubern und auf Beschädigung oder
Verschleiß überprüfen. Alle Teile vor der Montage gut mit
Spezialfettpaste LINO MAX einfetten.
Beim Austausch von Teilen nur SCHUNK-Original-
Ersatzteile verwenden!
Alle nummerierten Teile bei Montage wieder derselben
Nummer zuordnen. Diese Teile sind aufeinander abgestimmt.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der richtigen Zuordnung kann das
Hybridspannfutter beschädigt werden!
Die Montage des Futters erfolgt sinngemäß in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge.
ACHTUNG!
Zur Futterbefestigung dürfen nur Schrauben
der Güte 10.9 verwendet werden, auch wenn es
sich hier um Flachkopfschrauben handelt.
Sind solche Schrauben nicht zur Hand, können
bei SCHUNK Ersatzschrauben bestellt werden.
Werden für die Futtermontage Schrauben der
Güte 8.8 verwendet, kann dieses zu Gefahren
für Leib und Leben des Bedieners führen.
Hierfür übernehmen wir keinerlei Haftung.
(Schrauben-Anzugsmomente siehe Kapitel 3).
– After the removal of the screws (item 43), take off the cylin-
der cover (item 35) and remove the O-rings (items 52
and 54). There still could be hydraulic oil in the cylinder.
– The interface units (item 37) can be screwed out from the
cylinder cover (item 35) with a special key.
– Turn over chuck with hoisting gear.
– The lubrication nipples (item 57) can now be disassem-
bled, if necessary.
– Remove the screws (items 15 and 14) and remove the pole
shoes (item 2). The pole shoes and the respective poles
are to be marked accordingly during the disassembly.
During assembly, screw the pole shoes back on the
respective poles!
– Pull the base jaws (item 31) upwards and out out of the
piston with strips (items 6 and 7). Base jaws and strips are
numbered; remount them in their respective guide tracks.
– Unscrew the screws (item 46) and pull the chuck body
Centric-C (item 30) out from the rear. Remove the O-ring
(item 53).
– Unscrew the screws (item 42) and remove the piston (item
32) and the cylinder piston (item 33).
– The seals (items 48 and 49) can now be removed.
– A "1" is engraved on the chuck body Centric-C (item 30)
and the piston (item 32). These have to be aligned in in the
direction of the guide track "1" during assembly.
– All other elements and those which are not on the
spare part list may not be disassembled.
Disassembly of these parts leads to damage of the
hybrid chuck.
– Degrease and clean all parts and check them for damage
or wear. Before installation, lubricate all parts with LINO
MAX special lubricating grease.
When replacing parts, use only SCHUNK original spare
parts.
During assembly, put all numbered parts together again with
the corresponding numbers. These parts are adapted to each
other. If the right assignment is not followed, the hybrid chuck
can be damaged!
The chuck is assembled in the same way but in the reverse
order.
CAUTION!
Use only screws with a rating of 10.9 for chuck
mounting, even if panhead screws are being
referred to here.
If such screws are not available, then replace-
ment screws can be ordered from SCHUNK.
Use of screws with a rating of 8.8 for chuck
mounting can lead to danger to life and limb of
the operator. We to not accept any liability for
this.
