Bypass temperature (Settings menu)
– Functional description Bypass control:
In order to circumvent the heat exchanger and open the bypass, the measured value of the extract
air sensor in the unit (or the highest value of the installed humidity/temperature sensor) must lie
above the set "room temperature/extract air temperature" value. At the same time, the measured
value of the outside air sensor in the unit must be higher than the set "outside air limit min." value.
If an auxiliary heater is installed using the extension module KWL EM, the set supply air
temperature of the auxiliary heater plus the value set for the offset is used as the second lower limit
value. The measured outside air value is then ignored.
Room temperature or extract air temperature
Lower limit value of room or extract air temperature Setting range (10 °C - 40 °C)
Outside air limit
Lower limit value of outside air temperature (min.)
Setting range min. : 5 °C - 20 °C
Offset is only relevant for existing auxiliary heater (using KWL-EM), no function without auxiliary
heater.
Setting range Offset: 3 °C - 10 °C
Rotary knob illumination
The rotary knob is illuminated for two different reasons.
Orientation light „blue"
-Colour blue constantly illuminated when the display is not active.
The brightness can be adjusted between 0 % to 100 % via the rotary encoder.
Fault indicator „red"
-Colour red blinking when the display is not active.
The brightness can be adjusted between 20 % to 100 % via the rotary encoder.
