Hour counter
The hour counter (a) indicates the number of working hours of the
compressor: this provides a time reference for scheduled maintenance.

Pressure reducer 300/232 bar
If the compressor is equipped with pressure reducer, the output pressures
can be:
a = 200bar - 3000PSI
7 - MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Maintenance tasks must only be carried out by
the AEROTECNICA COLTRI Customer Assistance Service or
qualified personnel.
DANGER: Do not carry out maintenance tasks if the
compressor has only just shut down; wait for the compressor
to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
Depressurise the entire compressor circuit before carrying
out any maintenance tasks.
To depressurise the entire compressor circuit open the drain valves (a) and
(b) in sequence and collect the condensate in an appropriate recipient.
7.1

To obtain the best possible performance from the compressor and ensure a
long working life for all its parts it is essential that personnel follow the use
and maintenance instructions with extreme diligence.
It is thus advisable to read the information below and consult the manual
every time an inconvenience arises.

Stundenzähler
Der Stundenzähler (a) gibt die effektiven Betriebsstunden des Kompressors
an, um die vorgesehene Wartung vornehmen zu können.
6.5.4
Druckminderer 300/232 bar
Wenn der Kompressor mit einem Druckminderer versehen ist, kann der
Ausgangsdruck sein:
a = 200bar - 3000PSI

Für den Druckablass aus dem gesamten Kompressorkreis die
Kondensatablassventile (a) und (b) nacheinander öffnen und das Kondensat
in einem entsprechenden Behälter sammeln.

Um eine einwandfreie Leistungsfähigkeit des Kompressors und eine
lange Lebensdauer aller Bauteile zu erzielen, müssen die für den
Kompressorbetrieb befugten Personen strikt die Gebrauchs- und
Wartungsvorschriften einhalten.
Es ist daher empfehlenswert, aufmerksam die vorliegenden Informationen
zu lesen und das Handbuch immer zu konsultieren, wenn etwaige
Störungen behoben werden müssen.

ACHTUNG: Die Wartungsarbeiten dürfen ausschließlich vom
Kundendienst der Firma AEROTECNICA COLTRI oder von
Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden.
GEFAHR: Die Wartungsarbeiten nicht ausführen, wenn der
Kompressor gerade ausgeschaltet wurde. Warten, bis der
Kompressor abgekühlt ist.
Die Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur bei ausgeschaltetem
Kompressor und vom Stromnetz getrenntem Stecker
vorgenommen werden.
Vor Wartungseingriffen den Druck aus dem gesamten
Kompressorkreis ablassen.
